Buying a home is emotional. It’s all about the vibe—how a home makes buyers feel. As an objective third party, we can provide insight on how best to present your home to receive top dollar.
For a $175 fee, you will receive a one-hour walkthrough followed by a detailed written report and checklist with suggestions on how best to prepare your home. This offers a place to start, giving homeowners the option to do the work themselves or hire the help of professional contractors. We work hand-in-hand with the shared goal of making your home stand out from the rest.
Vacant Homes
Rooms in vacant homes appear smaller, flaws are more apparent, and spaces feel impersonal. Potential buyers want to see a home that they can imagine themselves living their ideal life. For vacant homes, we offer full-service personalized staging; we design, select the perfect rentals, install, deliver and pickup. Owner Occupied Homes
You live in the space you are preparing to sell/rent and love your furniture. Having a second set of eyes to evaluate the space and showcase its best qualities while minimizing any flaws is highly beneficial. Our goal is to make your home picture perfect. We use furnishings and accessories that are currently in the home and arrange them so that the home is appealing and shows function. If needed, we can add elements that will further enhance the space. This process entails a $175 consultation, an hourly $55/stager, and the cost of any additional staging items that have been approved by you.
